How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order,please contact with us within 48 hours from the time you placed your order,otherwise,we will charge you US$45.00 for handle fee.
You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out,we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.
Can I get a refund?
We only accept those items which have obvious mistakes to be returned back. Like the size problem (too big/small), a wrong color or some quality problems.
You will be eligible for a refund claim within 3 days from the date you received your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 20% re-stocking fee, since we receive the returned goods(The returned goods should be in new condition).
Shipping fee or the rush shipping fee is not able to be refunded. This applies for any item purchased at normal retail price.
What products can NOT be returned or refunded ?
FashionWeddingDress.Com committed to providing high-quality products for your needs. You need to email us about the problem within 3 days since the parcel received.
We allow ALL BUT THE FOLLOWING products to be exchanged/returnable/refundable:
1. Items not in original shipping condition (unworn, unaltered, original packaging etc)
2. Items received over 3 days without contacting us.
3. Items cancelled before reception without informing us.
4. Items damaged by improper cleaning method or wearing.
5. Items heavily altered/customized upon customer¡¯s requests.
The returning steps:
1) Email us within 3 days when you receive the dress, and meanwhile send us the dress photos which can show the problems of the dress, we will check it carefully, if it¡¯s true, we will instruct you where to return your dress.
2)We need to register the wrong dress for records in order to improve our service, so the dress photos are indispensible in the procedure of returning.
3)The dress photos should be a strong proof to show the problems, so we need your photos to be clear.
4)The dress should be shipped back to the specified address which we would provide you after we confirm the returning. Otherwise, we won¡¯t refund you if the dress lost in the shipping.
5)Please postmark back the dress within 15 days from the date you received it. Assure that you return the dress back to the correct address and email us the tracking number within 4 days. You should pay the return shipping fee.
Obtaining an RMA Number
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. RMA Numbers will expire after 5 days, and the item will not be accepted if it is returned after that time. Your RMA confirmation will include the address where you should ship your return.

We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped.
To ensure your return is quickly processed, we ask you to do the following:
1. Securely pack all the items you are returning in a single parcel and ship to the address provided in your Return Merchandise Authorization email.
2. Write your return merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the parcel.
1. There may be a slight color difference between the picture online and the finished dress (this is not an error).
2. Returning/ exchanging the dress wastes time and money, so it is important for you to make sure all the information (measurements, color, the wearing date, shipping address, phone number, etc.) you sent us is correct.
